As Senior Vice President of Recruiting, Scott oversees the infrastructure and strategic delivery of Innovative's Recruitment Services. Scott joined Innovative in 2002 as Director of Client Services has over 8 years experience recruiting for both consulting firms and staffing companies. Scott holds a Bachelors Degree from Texas Christian University and holds both CPC and CTS designations.

Chris is currently the Vice President of Sales for Innovative's Midwest Territory. Originally from St. Louis, Chris has a degree in Public Relations from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota. His professional background has focused on training, recruiting and account management. Chris has helped create training programs for small and mid-sized companies and has worked with some of the mid-west’s largest corporations.
